Parenting &Financial Mediation
Mediation helps you work through both parenting and financial matters in a supportive, structured way to create clear, child-focused plans and fair outcomes that support stability for your whole family.
In mediation, we work together to resolve both parenting and financial matters in a supportive, structured way. For parenting issues, we focus on creating clear, child-centered plans for how you’ll share time, responsibilities, and decision-making. We’ll talk through parenting schedules, communication, holidays, and financial responsibilities, always guided by what’s in the best interests of your children.

For financial matters, we help you make fair, informed decisions about spousal support and the division of property, assets, and debts. We begin by understanding what’s most important to each of you, then review your financial information, run calculations, and clarify how the law applies. With that foundation, we explore practical, balanced options that support stability and fairness for both of you moving forward.

Each mediation follows a clear Mediation Agenda to keep discussions focused and productive. Sessions that address both parenting and financial topics typically take about seven hours and are billed on a flat-fee basis (see Pricing for details). We can do it all in one session or break up our time into two or more sessions.
